ADDISON CITY COUNCIL 2018 SPRING TOWN MEETING April 16, 2018 7 p.m. ADDISON CONFERENCE & THEATRE CENTRE 15650 ADDISON ROAD ADDISON, TEXAS 75001 The public is invited to attend the Addison City Council’s 2018 Spring Town Meeting to be held on Monday April 16, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Addison Conference & Theatre Centre located at 15650 Addison Road, Addison, Texas. There will be a presentation of reports by the Mayor and members of the City Council regarding Town facilities, projects, and programs. Specific topics for the meeting include: Cotton Belt Update and Belt Line Road Update Asset Management Plan and Public Safety Update Parks Master Plan Airport Update and Communications with Residents Economic Development Update Special Events The format for this meeting includes a question and answer session where members of the community are welcome to inquire about future events, development, or other matters that pertain to the Town of Addison. Following the question and answer portion of the meeting, City Council members will be available for discussion with individual members of the community. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Addison City Council. There will be no deliberation and no action will be taken by the City Council during this community meeting.
