Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on a 31-acre property located at 5100 Belt Line Road, which property is currently zoned PD, Planned Development, through Ordinance O12-001, by allowing residential uses and approving development plans for a new office building with retail ground floor, a new 239-unit multifamily building with structured parking and ground floor retail, and an expansion of existing structured parking.
