3. PUBLIC HEARING Case 1756-SUP/The Low Key Poke Joint. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance changing the zoning on property located at 5100 Belt Line Road Suite 868, which property is currently zoned PD, Planned Development, through Ordinance 012-001, by approving a Special Use Permit for a restaurant and a Special Use Permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only.
4. PUBLIC HEARING Case 1757-Z/Peasant Pizza. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance amending Planned Development District O84-103 that zoned the property located at 4801 Arapaho Road, in order to add restaurants and the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only as uses that may be authorized upon the issuance of a Special Use Permit and to approve a new site plan and landscape plan; and by approving a Special Use Permit for a restaurant and a Special Use Permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption only located at 15350 Addison Road.
5. PUBLIC HEARING Case 1758-SUP/PanIQ Room. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding an ordinance approving a Special Use Permit for a commercial amusement (an escape room), located in Planned Development District 496, at 5302B Belt Line Road.
