Recommendation: The committee chose Tip Strategies, Inc. to recommend to full council for approval.
Presentation, discussion and consideration of approval to authorize the City Manager to extend construction bids for a period of 30 days for the construction of certain public infrastructure (Park and Streetscape Improvements) within that area of the Town generally known as Vitruvian Park (Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure Phase 1C). Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council authorize the City Manager to extend or accept and agree to the confirmation and extension of construction bids for a period of 30 days (beginning February 1, 2010) for the construction of certain public infrastructure (Park and Streetscape Improvements) within that area of the Town generally known as Vitruvian Park (Vitruvian Park Public Infrastructure Phase 1C).

PUBLIC HEARING and discusion of a proposal by the staff to change the name of Brookhaven Club Drive to Vitruvian Way in order to re-brand the street as a part of the new Vitruvian Park neighborhood, and identify it as a distinctly Addison street. Recommendation: Staff recommends approval.
