Public hearing, discussion and consideration of an ordinance approving a development plan for a development of 401 multi-family units, in an existing Planned Development District (009-036), located on 4.40 acres in the 4010 block of Vitruvian Way, on application from UDR, represented by Mr. Evan Beattie of Good Fulton and Farrell. COMMISSION FINDINGS: The Addison Planning and Zoning Commission, meeting in regular session on March 24, 2011, voted to recommend approval a development plan for a development of 401 multi-family units, in an existing Planned Development District (009-036), subject to the following waivers of design standards: 1. A setback of greater than nine (9) feet against Street (A) (Vitruvian Way). 2. A setback of greater than nine (9) feet against Street (C) (Bella Lane). And subject to the following condition: Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the drawings shall be revised so as to provide a screening hedge to screen the three surface parking lots from the adjacent Park and Bella Lane.
