9. Consider Action to Approve a Resolution Between the Town of Addison and TDIndustries, Ltd. for the Inspection of the HVAC Equipment at the Town of Addison Buildings, and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement in an Amount Not to Exceed $179,415 annually.

Consider Action to Approve the Purchase of (2) Ford F-150, ½ Ton Trucks and (1) Ford F-350, 1 Ton Truck from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford, Under the Town's Inter-Local Agreement with the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative Known as Texas SmartBuy and Authorize the City Manager to Make the Purchase in an Amount Not to Exceed $98,344.
