1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Closed (executive) session of the Addison City Council pursuant to: Section 551.071, Tex. Gov. Code, to conduct a private consultation with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, Tex. Gov. Code, pertaining to: The ponds or lakes at Vitruvian Park located within the vicinity and east of the intersection of Vitruvian Way and Ponte Ave., and Farmers Branch Creek Budget Suites of America located at 15130 Marsh Lane, Addison, Texas, 75001
3. RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION: In accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the City Council will reconvene into Regular Session to consider action, if any, on matters discussed in Executive Session: Present, Discuss, and Consider Action to Authorize the City Manager to Execute Agreements, in a Final Form Approved by the City Attorney, with the City of Farmers Branch pertaining to the Ponds or Lakes at Vitruvian Park located within the Vicinity and East of the Intersection of Vitruvian Way and Ponte Ave., and Farmers Branch Creek.
6. Consider Action to Approve the (1) Thursday, August 16, 2018 (2) Friday, August 17, 2018 (Canceled), and (3) Tuesday, August 28, 2018 Meeting Minutes.
7. Consider Action to Approve a Resolution for the Negotiated Settlement between the Atmos Steering Committee and Atmos Energy Corp. Mid-Tex Division Regarding the Company's 2018 Rate Increases.
8. Consider Action to Approve a Resolution for an Interlocal Agreement with the Trinity River Authority for the Monitoring of Wastewater for Certain Industrial Uses and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement in an Amount not to Exceed $9,500.
9. Consider Action to Approve a Resolution for an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County Health and Human Services for Coordinated Health Services and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement in an Amount not to Exceed $2,500.
10. Consider Action to Approve an Ordinance to Amend the Code of Ordinances by Amending Chapter 66 (Solid Waste) Article II (Collection And Disposal), Division 2 (Service Charge) Section 66-52 Increasing from $11.89 to $12.24 the Monthly Fee For Single Family Residential Garbage and Recycling Collection.
11. Consider Action to Approve a Resolution for an Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with LST Marketing Texas to Provide Professional Services for Event Sponsorship Solicitation, Implementation and Management through September 30, 2019 and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.
