Public Comment. The City Council invites citizens to address the City Council on any topic not on this agenda. Please fill out a City Council Appearance Card and submit it to a city staff member prior to Public Participation. Speakers are allowed up to three (3) minutes per speaker with fifteen (15) total minutes on items of interest or concern and not on items that are on the current agenda. Consider Action On A Resolution To Approve An Agreement Between The Town Of Addison And ADS Importing, LLC DBA ADS US Sport Aircraft For The Renewal Of The Conventional Hangar Lease At 4700 Airport Parkway And Authorize The City Manager To Execute The Agreement To A Term Expiring On July 31, 2018.

Consider Action To Approve The Meeting Minutes Of The January 5, 2017 Executive Session And The January 10, 2017 Regular Council Meeting.

Consider Action On A Resolution To Approve An Agreement Between The Town Of Addison And Garver LLC For Airport On-Call Engineering Services And Authorize The City Manager To Execute The Agreement In An Amount Not To Exceed $100,000.

Consider Action On An Ordinance Ordering An Election On May 6, 2017 For The Purpose Of Electing Three (3) Council Members And One (1) Mayor For Two (2) Year Terms Each.
