Presentation, discussion, consider and take action (including possible termination) regarding the Agreement for the Operation and Management of Addison Airport between the Town and URS Energy & Construction, Inc. (URS), operator of the Addison Airport pursuant to that Agreement, and the acquisition of URS by AECOM Technology Corporation. RECOMMENDATION: Administration recommends approval.

Presentation, discussion, consider and take action authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Garver, LLC for engineering services related to a city-wide streets and sidewalk assessment and capital improvement program for an amount not to exceed $150,000. RECOMMENDATION: Administration recommends approval.

Presentation, discussion, consider and take action authorizing the City Manager to execute an Engineering Design and Professional Services agreement between the Town of Addison and LNV, Inc., for the final year of the Sanitary Sewer System Evaluation and Study in an amount not to exceed $445,297.50. RECOMMENDATION: Administration recommends approval.

Presentation, discussion, consider, and take action authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction contract with TMI Coatings, Inc., for the Addison Circle Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation project in an amount not to exceed $1,274,007.77. RECOMMENDATION: Administration recommends approval.
