AND, UH, OUR REGULAR AGENDA TODAY WILL GO INTO THE FIRST ITEM, WHICH IS A

TWO B PRESENT AND DISCUSS THE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FUNDING PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 CYCLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AN, TO AN OVERVIEW OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY CATEGORY, FUNDING REQUEST AND PRELIMINARY BUDGETS, TIMELINE, AND NEXT STEPS.

SARAH, YOU WANNA TAKE IT? TAKE IT OVER.

UH, GOOD AFTERNOON, MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL MEMBER, SARAH KECKLER, CHIEF OF STAFF.

UM, SO WE ARE EXCITED TO BE HERE WITH YOU.

UH, THIS AFTERNOON.

WE HAVE THE PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS JOINING TODAY.

THEY'RE GONNA BE DOING THEIR PRESENTATIONS.

UM, BUT BEFORE WE JUMP INTO THAT, WE JUST WANTED TO DO A QUICK STAFF PRESENTATION WITH A REVIEW OF WHAT THE NONPROFIT FUNDING PROGRAM IS, AND THEN THE APPLICATIONS THAT WE RECEIVED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 27 CYCLE AND NEXT STEPS FOR THE COMMITTEE.

SO YOU HAVE THAT PERSPECTIVE AND CONTEXT AS WE GO INTO THE PRESENTATIONS FROM, UM, ALL OF THE APPLYING ORGANIZATIONS.

SO, UH, THIS FIRST SLIDE, UH, JUST SHOWS THE STEPS IN THE, IN THE PROCESS AND THE PROGRAM.

UM, THERE IS MORE DETAILS IN THE PROGRAM GUIDELINES THAT WERE ADOPTED BY COUNCIL LAST APRIL.

UM, BUT FOR THIS YEAR, UM, OUR CYCLE STARTED WITH THE APPLICATION PERIOD KICKING OFF ON APRIL 17TH.

APPLICATIONS WERE DUE JUST OVER A MONTH LATER ON MAY 22ND.

UM, ALL OF THOSE ORGANIZATIONS THAT APPLIED HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME BEFORE THE COMMITTEE AND MAKE A PRESENTATION.

UH, WE'VE ORGANIZED THOSE INTO TWO COMMITTEE DATES, UH, BY EACH CATEGORY IN OUR PROGRAM.

SO TONIGHT, THE PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS, UH, WILL PRESENT TO YOU.

AND THEN AT THE NEXT MEETING ON JULY 9TH, THE LOCAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS WILL PRESENT TO YOU, UM, PER THE GUIDELINES.

EACH ORGANIZATION HAS FIVE MINUTES TO PRESENT TO THE COMMITTEE.

WE WILL TIME THOSE.

UM, AND THEN THE COMMITTEE CAN ASK ANY QUESTIONS OF THE APPLICANT.

UM, WE ARE RECORDING THE MEETINGS AND WE'LL MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.

UM, SO WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO USE THE, THE AUDIO AS WELL.

UH, AND THEN OUR LAST PLANNED COMMITTEE MEETING IS FOR JULY 16TH, AND THIS IS WHERE THE COMMITTEE WILL DIVE INTO DISCUSSIONS AND DELIBERATIONS, UM, FOR ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU REVIEWED AND THAT YOU HEARD IN MAKING THOSE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS, WHICH WILL GO TO THE FULL CITY COUNCIL IN AUGUST AS PART OF THE BUDGET WORKSHOPS.

AND THEN ANYTHING THAT IS APPROVED AS PART OF THE BUDGET BY COUNCIL, UM, YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE AN, EACH ORGANIZATION STILL MUST HAVE AN AGREEMENT.

AND THOSE AGREEMENTS GO TO CITY COUNCIL AS WELL.

UM, USUALLY END OF SEPTEMBER TIMEFRAME.

SO THAT'S JUST A QUICK REVIEW OF OUR STEPS.

UH, AND THEN AS I WENT OVER, UM, THESE ARE THE PLANNED COMMITTEE MEETING DATES THAT WE HAVE, UM, WITH THE TWO PRESENTATION DATES, AND THEN THAT THIRD COMMITTEE MEETING DATE WHERE YOU WILL, UM, GETTING INTO MORE DISCUSSIONS AROUND FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS.

SO WITH THAT, I WANTED TO GO THROUGH, UM, EACH CATEGORY QUICKLY AND JUST GIVE YOU A BRIEF OVERVIEW, UM, FOR, AGAIN, SOME PERSPECTIVE.

SO THE FIRST IS THE LOCAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS.

UM, THE GUIDELINES PROVIDE MORE DETAIL ABOUT ELIGIBILITY, UM, HOW WE GO THROUGH THIS PROCESS.

UM, BUT SOME OF THE GENERAL FACTORS, UM, THAT WERE LAID OUT THAT THE COMMITTEE CAN CONSIDER WHEN REVIEWING THE APPLICATIONS ARE HERE ON THE SCREEN.

I'M NOT GONNA GO THROUGH ALL OF THEM.

UM, BUT SOME OF THEM ARE, YOU KNOW, ARE WE, ARE THEY A CURRENT PARTNER OF THE TOWN? HAVE WE GIVEN THEM PRIOR FUNDING? UM, HOW ARE THEY DOING IN TERMS OF ME MEASURING AND DEMONSTRATING THEIR OVERALL IMPACT AND BEING GOOD STEWARDS OF PUBLIC FUNDS? AND THEN WHAT'S THEIR PERCENTAGE OF TOWN FUND FUNDING, UM, FOR THEIR OVERALL BUDGET AND HOW ARE THEY DOING WITH FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY AND DIVERSIFYING, UH, THE REVENUE SOURCES.

SO THIS SLIDE SHOWS AN OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATIONS THAT WE RECEIVED FOR THE LOCAL SERVICE CATEGORY.

UH, WE RECEIVED SIX APPLICATIONS

FOR FISCAL YEAR 27.

THOSE ARE SHOWN IN THE FARTHEST AMOUNTS ARE SHOWN IN THE FARTHEST RIGHT HAND COLUMN IN GRAY.

UM, SO WE HAVE A TOTAL THERE OF 335,000.

YOU CAN SEE IN THE COLUMN JUST TO THE LEFT, WHAT OUR APPROVED BUDGET IS FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR.

SO THAT'S AT 302,000.

UM, SO THE DIFFERENCE BEING 33,500, UM, AND WE ARE SHOWING THE PRELIMINARY CATEGORY BUDGET AT 302, JUST HOLDING IT FLAT FROM THIS YEAR'S BUDGET.

AS A COMMITTEE, YOU CAN MAKE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS THAT COULD BE DIFFERENT FROM THAT.

WE'RE PROVIDING THAT JUST AS A REFERENCE POINT FOR YOU, THAT TO HOLD IT FLAT FROM THE PRIOR YEAR'S BUDGET.

IT ALSO IS SHOWING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL FUND AND CHILD SAFETY FUND.

LAST YEAR WE HAD THAT OPPORTUNITY TO USE THE CHILD SAFETY FUND FOR THE TRAFFIC 9 1 1 ORGANIZATION.

UM, THAT FUND IS LIMITED, UH, WHERE YOU CAN USE IT FOR, AND THAT WAS AN OPPORTUNITY THAT WE IDENTIFIED TO REDUCE IT FROM THE GENERAL FUND.

UM, OTHER THINGS TO NOTE HERE THAT I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT, UM, THE ADDISON ARBOR FOUNDATION DID NOT APPLY FOR FUNDING FOR THIS CYCLE.

UM, THEY DO INTEND TO APPLY IN FUTURE YEARS, SO I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT THAT.

BUT THEY'RE GONNA CONTINUE TO USE FUNDING FROM THIS CURRENT FISCAL YEAR FOR PROJECTS MOVING FORWARD.

ANOTHER THING I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT IS CODY'S FRIENDS RESCUE.

UM, IT'S A RESCUE FOR DOGS SPECIFICALLY.

UM, THEY ARE A NEW APPLICANT AND THEY'RE REQUESTING 10,000.

SO THE TOWN IS NEVER PROVIDED FUNDING PRIOR TO THIS ORGANIZATION.

AND THE LAST THING I WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT HERE, UM, WOVEN AND TRAFFIC 9 1 1 DID SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS LATE PAST THE DEADLINE OF MAY 22ND.

WE ACCEPTED THEM, WANTED TO PROVIDE THEM TO THE COMMITTEE AND JUST WANTED TO NOTE THAT WE RECEIVED PAST THE DEADLINE.

AND THEN THIS IS MOVING INTO, UM, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

WE DID ROLL THEM INTO THIS PROCESS SO THAT THEY WOULD BE CONSISTENT IN TERMS OF GOING THROUGH APPLICATIONS, PRESENTATIONS, AND FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS.

SO WE RECEIVED TWO, UM, FROM THE CHAMBER AND WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL.

AND YOU CAN SEE HERE, AGAIN, LISTED IN THE CHART WHAT WAS REQUESTED, UH, FOR NEXT YEAR AND THE APPROVED FUNDING AMOUNTS FOR THIS YEAR.

AND THIS IS FOR COMMITTEE REFERENCE.

WE'VE SHOWN THIS IN THE PAST TO THE COMMITTEE SO THAT YOU HAVE A MULTI-YEAR HISTORY OF WHAT HAS BEEN FUNDED BY THE TOWN AND TO WHICH ORGANIZATIONS.

AND SO NEXT I'LL MOVE INTO THE PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATION CATEGORY.

AND BEFORE I GET INTO AN OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATIONS THAT WE RECEIVED FOR NEXT FISCAL YEAR, UM, JUST WANNA TAKE A, A MOMENT TO GO THROUGH HOW WE GOT HERE WITH THIS CATEGORY AND HOW IT WAS DEVELOPED.

UM, SO STARTING FROM, UH, THE THEATER STUDY, WHICH WAS COMMISSIONED IN 2024, UM, IT CAME UP WITH A VISION AND GOALS FOLLOWING THAT STUDY.

AND WE'VE GONE OVER THE SLIDE WITH FULL CITY COUNCIL BEFORE IN TERMS OF THE GOALS, UM, BUT WANTED TO INCLUDE THEM AGAIN IN TERMS OF THE THREE HIGHLIGHTED HERE FOR INCREASING LIT NIGHTS AND ACTIVATION OF THE THEATER, DEVELOPING A CLEAR BRAND IDENTITY, AND THEN THIRD REDISTRIBUTING RESOURCES AND SUPPORTING A MORE DIVERSE RANGE OF CONTENT PROVIDERS AT THE THEATER.

UM, AND IN THAT LAST ONE, YOU CAN SEE IT INCLUDED EXPANDING THE DESIGNATION OF RESIDENT COMPANIES AS A POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY.

AND WHEN THE COMMITTEE WAS CONSIDERING THIS CATEGORY AND HOW TO STRUCTURE IT, UM, THEY CAME UP WITH THIS STRUCTURE TO HAVE RESIDENT COMPANIES BUY FACILITY SPACE.

SO THEY HAD DONE, THE COMMITTEE IDENTIFIED TO HAVE WATER TOWER THEATER, BE THE MAID STAGE RESIDENT COMPANY, BUT THEN THERE COULD BE ONE OR MULTIPLE RESIDENT COMPANIES OF THE STUDIO.

AND THEN THE THIRD CATEGORY HERE WAS GENERAL ASSISTANCE.

SO PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS COMPLY FOR JUST SMALL FUNDING REQUESTS TO HELP THEM WITH PRODUCTIONS OR PERFORMANCES AT THE ADDISON PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

SO FOR ALL OF THESE, IT MUST SUPPORT, UM, PRODUCTIONS OR PERFORMANCES THAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE ADDISON.

AND AGAIN, THIS IS, UH, UH, INCLUDED IN THE GUIDELINES.

THESE WERE SOME GENERAL EVALUATION CRITERIA THAT THE COMMITTEE, UM, CONSIDER AS THEY'RE LOOKING AT THESE APPLICATIONS.

UM, THEY'RE NO RANKING, NO SCORING ATTACHED TO 'EM, BUT THEY'RE REALLY ORGANIZED INTO THREE BUCKETS.

THE FIRST BEING THE USAGE OF THE ADDISON.

ARE THEY HELPING TO INCREASE LIT NIGHTS AND ACTIVATION OF THE CENTER, BRINGING IN THOSE RESIDENTS AND TOURISTS AND ACTIVATING THAT CENTER.

THE SECOND BEING AUDIENCE AND COMMUNITY IMPACT, ARE THEY ABLE TO ATTRACT AUDIENCES, UM, DIVERSE AUDIENCES? HOW ARE THEY CONNECTED TO THE COMMUNITY? AND, UM, IN TERMS OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT.

AND

THEN THE THIRD BEING ARTISTIC AND MISSION CAPABILITY.

SO ARE THEY OFFERING UNIQUE PROGRAMMING, BUT ALSO QUALITY PROGRAMMING AS WELL? AND BEFORE WE GO INTO AN OVERVIEW OF THE APPLICATIONS WE RECEIVED, I'M GONNA ASK STEVEN TO GO THROUGH THE HOTEL FUND PROJECTIONS FOR 27.

SO, UM, SO THIS HAS, UH, A COUPLE OF LINES, TOTAL REVENUE.

SO ANY REVENUE THAT'S EARNED DIRECTLY BY THE THEATER CENTER CAN BE REINVESTED DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR.

UM, YOU SEE THE TOTAL EXPENDITURES AND THAT INCLUDES THEIR OPERATING EXPENSES.

AND THEN THE PERFORMING ARTS EXPENDITURES ARE BASICALLY THE GRANTS THAT YOU'RE PROVIDING.

AND THEN YOU SEE A NET INVESTMENT.

SO THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE TWO.

SO THE MAXIMUM INVESTMENT, UH, IS 15% OF THE TOTAL HOTEL TAX THAT THE TOWN GENERATES.

SO THAT 8 51 400 THAT'S RIGHT BELOW ON THE FAR RIGHT IN THE, IN THE RED LINE, THAT'S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT, THAT YOU COULD SUBSIDIZE THE ARTS PROGRAMS WITH HOTEL TAX.

SO RIGHT NOW, THAT NET INVESTMENT IS WHAT IS CURRENTLY IN THE PRELIMINARY BUDGET.

SO IT'S, IT'S ABOUT 40, $47,000 LESS THAN THAT MAXIMUM.

UM, SO THAT JUST GIVES YOU AN IDEA THAT WHAT YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH.

SO, UM, IF YOU LOOK AT THE OVERALL EXPENSES THAT ARE PROGRAMMED AND UH, AND WHAT YOU HAVE AVAILABLE OVERALL, YOU'VE GOT ABOUT 460 LITTLE LESS THAN $462,000 IF YOU WANTED TO GO UP TO THE MAXIMUM TO PROVIDE IN, UH, GRANTS.

AND THAT INCLUDES THE TOWN CURATED PROGRAMMING AS WELL.

IS THIS 8 51, IS THAT FOR TOTAL ARTS? I MEAN, THEATER, ANYONE WANTING TO PUT IN ART? IT'S PERFORMING ARTS DOWN JUST THE PERFORMING ARTS.

OKAY, SO THIS NEXT SLIDE SHOWS THE APPLICATIONS THAT WE RECEIVED, WHICH WAS A TOTAL OF SEVEN APPLICATIONS AND A TOTAL OF 554,000 IN THAT COLUMN TO THE RIGHT IN GRAY.

UM, THAT IS THE DIRECT FUNDING REQUESTS, THE TOTAL OF, UM, THERE WERE A COUPLE IN KIND REQUESTS AS WELL, UM, BUT WE WANTED TO SHOW IT AS DIRECT FUNDING THAT IT GOES BACK TOWARDS THAT MAXIMUM INVESTMENT FIGURE.

UM, WE'VE ALSO SHOWN THE TOWN CURATE EVENTS, BUDGET REQUESTS THAT WILL BE COMING FORWARD AS PART OF THE 27 PROCESS.

AND THAT'S IN A TOTAL OF 76,700, UM, FOR A TOTAL OF $630,735.

SO YOU CAN SEE THAT NUMBER THAT STEVEN JUST REFERENCED, THAT ALMOST 462,000 TO THE RIGHT, IF YOU USE THAT AS YOUR BUDGET FIGURE FOR THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT COULD BE DISTRIBUTED TO BOTH THE NONPROFIT PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS AND THE TOWN CURATED EVENTS.

AND THEY CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE.

UM, THERE, UM, IN OUR FINAL COMMITTEE MEETING, WHAT WE'VE DONE PREVIOUSLY, AS WE PULL UP A SPREADSHEET, UM, THE COMMITTEE, AS THEY'RE GOING THROUGH EACH APPLICATION AND DELIBERATING FUNDING, UM, CAN ENTER IN DIFFERENT AMOUNTS AND DETERMINE HOW YOU GET TO THE, THE BUDGET FIGURE THAT YOU WANT AND THE FUNDING FIGURE THAT YOU WANT TO RECOMMEND.

UM, SEE IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE HERE TO HIGHLIGHT.

WE DID HAVE A FEW, FEW NEW APPLICATIONS OR ONE NEW APPLICATION FROM SOMEONE THAT HAS NOT APPLIED BEFORE, AND THAT IS THE FULL DANCE CIRCLE AND THEY'RE THE ONLY ORGANIZATION THAT COULD NOT MAKE IT TONIGHT.

SO THEY'RE ACTUALLY GONNA PRESENT AT THE NEXT MEETING ON JULY 9TH.

SO THERE IS A BIG GAP BETWEEN THE SMALL ORGANIZATIONS AND THE LARGER ONES.

SO ON SOME OF THEM YOU'LL SEE A LOT MORE INFORMATION, UH, RELATED TO WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN SOME OF THEIR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

SO THERE ARE NOTES IN, UH, EACH OF THE, EACH OF THOSE REVIEWS ON THEIR TRENDS, ARE THERE ANY COMPLIANCE ISSUES, ANY NOTES BY THEIR AUDITORS.

UH, AND YOU WILL SEE THOSE ON THE BIGGER ONES.

YOU WON'T SEE THINGS LIKE THAT ON THE SMALLER ONES BECAUSE THEY AREN'T REQUIRED TO BE AUDITED AND THOSE TYPES OF THINGS.

SO WE CHECK THAT THEY'RE A A 5 0 1 C3, THEY'RE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE, YOU KNOW, THE IRS, THE THE SECRETARY OF STATE.

AND IN THE EIGHTIES, OUR MISSION SHIFTED ITS FOCUS AND EXPANDED OUTREACH TO THE ENTIRE NORTH TEXAS COMMUNITY WITH A MYRIAD OF ARTS FORMS AND GENRES.

FOR MORE THAN 71 YEARS, JUNIOR PLAYERS HAS USED THE ARTS TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE DEVELOP CONFIDENCE, LIFE SKILLS, AND A SENSE OF BELONGING.

AND WE'RE SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER WITH THE TOWN OF ADDISON ON THIS INITIATIVE.

AND THE LOVELY THING THAT WE ARE ADDING THIS YEAR TO THE CONCERT OPPORTUNITY IS AN IMMERSIVE SENSORY FRIENDLY OPPORTUNITY, SENSORY FRIENDLY CONCERT.

THIS WILL BE IN COLLABORATION WITH LIGHT WEAR LABS AND SOUND STARTS MUSIC SOUND STARTS.

MUSIC IS ACTUALLY A MUSIC THERAPY PRODUCTION COMPANY, UM, THAT USES QUALIFIED MUSIC THERAPISTS TO HELP IN THE, UH, ADDITION OF THE ACT, THE ADDED ANCILLARY ASPECTS OF MUSIC BEYOND JUST THE LISTENING OF IT, BUT THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE OF IT AND WHAT IT CAN PROVIDE FOR THOSE OF AN INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE THERE OF ALL AGES.

OUR FAMILY CONCERTS OFTEN ARE THE VERY FIRST TIME THAT, UM, SOME OF THE CHILDREN ARE EVER HEARING SYMPHONY MUSIC FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LIVE, UM, LIVE OPPORTUNITY.

THEY ARE 45 MINUTES LONG.

TCTP SET UP NOT IN A BLACK BOX, NOT BEHIND A CURTAIN, BUT ON THE LAWN RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ADDISON PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

AND ACTUALLY, OUR DRESSING ROOMS WERE JUST STEPS RIGHT OVER THERE.

WE DID A SHAKESPEARE SHOW ON THE LAWN RIGHT

IN FRONT OF THE APP PACK.

WE HAD NOTHING BUT FOLDING CHAIRS, OPEN SKIES, AND A DETERMINATION TO BRING SOMETHING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THAT WAS LOST DURING COVID.

THAT WAS OUR FIRST PRODUCTION HERE IN ADDISON.

NOW, NINE YEARS LATER IN TOTAL, AND OUR SIXTH SEASON HERE AT ADDISON, LET'S SEE WHAT THAT TINY LITTLE LAWN PERFORMANCE HAS BECOME, UH, SINCE THAT FIRST LAWN PERFORMANCE.

CCTP HAS UTILIZED MORE PERFORMANCE VENUES AT SPACES AT THIS CAMPUS THAN ANY OTHER THEATER COMPANY.

UH, WE'VE BROUGHT THOUSANDS, UH, PATRONS TO ADDISON CIRCLE, AND WE'VE DONE IT WHILE KEEPING OUR TICKET PRICES LOW.

AND, UM, UH, THE MOST ACCESSIBLE OF ANY PROFESSIONAL THEATER COMPANY IN THE AREA.

UH, WE HAVE NO PARTICIPANT, PARTICIPANT FEES, NO PAY TO PLAY, JUST AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE, HIGH QUALITY CLASSIC THEATER FOR THE COMMUNITY.

LAST YEAR, WE DID, WE DID, THE CITY DID APPROVE US $10,000, AND WE ARE EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR THAT VOTE OF CONFIDENCE.

HOWEVER, JUST THE WAY THE STRUCTURE OF THE GRANT WAS SET UP, IT WAS JUST UNABLE FOR THOSE FUNDS TO REACH THE STAGE.

UH, THIS SEASON WE'RE PRODUCING FOUR WORKS DOUBT, NO MAN'S LAND, THREE SISTERS AND A FOURTH PRODUCTION BEING FINALIZED ALONG WITH A SPECIAL SEASON LAUNCH EVENT TO HAPPEN, UH, UH, TO OPEN THE SEASON FOR THE COMMUNITY.

UH, THAT'S 51 INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCES AT MINIMUM, BECAUSE IF THE TICKET PRICES, IF THE TICKET SALES ARE THERE, WE LOOK TO ADD PERFORMANCES WITHIN THE RUN.

WE'VE ALREADY RESERVED.

UH, AND AS WE LOOK AHEAD TO OUR 10TH SEASON, UH, WHICH WOULD BE 20 28, 20 27 IS ESSENTIAL TO CARRY MOMENTUM FOR US.

NOW, WE ARE REQUESTING $50,000, AND WE WANNA BE INCREDIBLY TRANSPARENT AS TO ACTUALLY WHERE ALL OF THAT GOES.

7,700 IS JUST FOR PERFORMANCE RIGHTS.

UH, THIS ISN'T JUST ABOUT THEATER, IT'S ABOUT ADDISON, UH, BEYOND WHAT'S ON OUR SLIDES.

IT'S WORTH NOTING THAT OUR AUDIENCES AREN'T ONLY FROM MADISON.

UH, WE DRAW CONSISTENTLY DRAW PATRONS FROM ACROSS DFW TO THIS COMMUNITY, UM, WHILE SERVING THE RESIDENTS OF ADDISON.

ADDISON HAS RECEIVED NATIONAL ATTENTION IN THEATER JOURNALS AS WELL AS A VERY, VERY STRONG REGIONAL COVERAGE.

WE ARE CONSISTENTLY PRAISED FOR THE STRENGTH OF OUR ACTING, AND THIS IS EXTREMELY NOTABLE BECAUSE WE ARE DOING THIS ON ONE OF THE SMALLEST OPERATING BUDGETS OF ANY PROFESSIONAL THEATER IN THE ENTIRE DFW AREA.
