UM, SO WHAT THEY DID PROPOSE IS THEY CAME BACK WITH, UM, THIS PLAN, OH, EXCUSE ME, THIS PLAN TO, AND THAT'S WHY YOU SEE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE THERE'S, THEY KIND OF TOOK GAPS AND THEY CAME BACK IN AND FILLED THEM, UM, WITH BOTH TREES AS WELL AS, UH, NELLY, R STEVENS HOLLY, THAT'S GOING TO BE LARGE AND IT'S EVERGREEN.
SO IT'S GONNA PROVIDE SCREENING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
UM, AND THEY'RE PROPOSING TO PLANT THEM AT UM, SEVEN TO EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT.
SO THEY'LL PROVIDE IMMEDIATE SUBSTANTIAL SCREENING.

UM, THROUGH THIS PROCESS THEY DID, THEY ARE PROPOSING TO REMOVE 12 NON-PROTECTED TREES.

SEVERAL OF THEM ARE DEAD OR IN VERY, VERY POOR CONDITION.
I KNOW WE'VE HAD ISSUES IN THE PAST WITH THEM ACTUALLY FALLING ONTO HOMES 'CAUSE THEY'VE BROKEN OFF.
UM, SO THIS IS KIND OF WHAT WE FEEL LIKE IS A GOOD MIDDLE GROUND.
UM, THIS, FOR REFERENCE, THIS UM, PROPERTY LINE EDGE IS NEARLY 700 FEET IN LENGTH.
SO WE'RE TALKING ABOUT A VERY SUBSTANTIAL, UM, INTERVENTION TO GET THIS BACK TO MEET MINIMUM CODE.
