AT ANY TIME DURING THIS, CITIZENS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK ON ANY MATTER OTHER THAN PERSONAL MATTERS. UNDER LITIGATION FOR LENGTH OF TIME, NOT TO EXCEED THREE MINUTES. THE FIRST ITEM ON THE WORK SESSION AGENDA IS JUST AN UPDATE ON PAST PNC CASES AND PLANNING POLICY ITEMS. SO WE HAVE HAD A COUNCIL MEETING SINCE WE LAST CONVENED IN JANUARY. WE HAD TWO ITEMS THAT GOT APPROVAL. SO THE FIRST IS THE REZONING FOR ONE COMMERCIAL PLACE THAT WAS THE SMALL LOT ADJACENT OR SANDWICHED BETWEEN FROST BANK AND IHOP. SO THAT WAS APPROVED BY COUNCIL. AND THE OTHER WAS THE APPROVAL OF ADVANCE ADDISON 2050. THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN THAT APPROVED LAST WEEK. SO VERY EXCITED TO BEGIN SHARING AND IMPLEMENTING AND EDUCATING THE THE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY ON HOW THAT WILL BE INTERTWINED WITHIN OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. AND THEN ITEM TWO IS JUST A QUICK OVERVIEW OF ITEMS ON THE AGENDA THIS EVENING. [2. THE FIRST IS THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 20TH MEETING FOR THE PLANNING ZONING COMMISSION. WE DID RECEIVE ONE CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE FACT THAT CHELSEA WAS REFERENCED AS VICE CHAIR PRIOR TO HER BEING ELECTED. SO WE'LL CLARIFY THAT HER AS COMMISSIONER ON PRIOR TO I BELIEVE IT WAS ITEM THREE. WAS THERE ANY OTHER COMMENTS TO BE REFLECTED? IF THAT IS ACCEPTED BY THE COMMISSION, WE WILL JUST NEED THAT MOTION TO REFLECT THAT CHANGE, AND STAFF CAN MAKE THAT THAT CHANGE. THE NEXT ITEM IS THE DRAFT WORK PLAN. WE DID RECEIVE SOME INPUT AT THE JANUARY MEETING, AND I BELIEVE WE INTEGRATED THAT INTO THE ONE THAT WAS PRESENTED FOR THIS MEETING. AND WE CAN IF THERE'S ANY DISCUSSION RIGHT NOW, WE CAN ALSO DISCUSS IT AT THE REGULAR MEETING, TOO. ALL RIGHT, MOVE ON. AND THEN THE NEXT ITEM IS THE DRAFT 2025 ANNUAL REPORT. I KNOW I RECEIVED A COMMENT ABOUT A SLIGHT INCONSISTENCY ON HOW THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WAS REFERENCED IN ONE PLACE. IT'S ADVANCED. ADDISON AND OTHER PLACES ADVANCED. ADDISON 2050.
