Case 1926-SUP/5100 Belt Line Road, Suite 700 (La Parisienne).

b. Hold a public hearing, present, discuss, and consider action on an Ordinance of the Town of Addison amending the Code of Ordinances by repealing and replacing Division 7 “Industrial Wastewater Standards” of Article III “Sewers” of Chapter 82 “Utilities” of the Town of Addison Code of Ordinances in its entirety; adopting new uniform requirements for users of the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTWs).

b. Present, discuss, and consider action on a request for a Meritorious Exception to Chapter 62 of the Code of Ordinances for Rainbow Shops, located at 3752 Belt Line Road, in order to allow an attached wall sign to exceed the maximum effective area and maximum letter height on the north facade within the Addison Town Center Special District. (Case MR2024-12/3752 Belt Line Road - Rainbow Shops).

c. Present, discuss, and consider action on a Resolution for appointments to the Addison Airport Master Plan Steering Committee.

d. Present, discuss, and consider action on a Resolution establishing an advisory committee entitled the Community Partnership Committee comprised of three (3) members appointed by the City Council; providing for Committee rules and the appointment of the initial Committee members; and providing an effective date.

e. Present, discuss, and consider action on a Resolution nominating three (3) citizens to serve on the Board of Zoning Adjustment for two-year terms commencing January 1, 2025 and providing an effective date.
