UM, THEY'RE ALSO, UM, PROPOSING SOME MODIFICATIONS TO SOME OF THEIR OUTDOOR, UH, SPORT FIELDS. UM, THAT INCLUDES, UH, FIVE, RELOCATING FIVE, UH, TENNIS COURTS AS WELL AS THE FIELD HOCKEY. UH, THOSE TWO FIELDS ARE KIND OF FLIPPING IN TERMS OF THEIR CURRENT LOCATION TO WHAT'S PROPOSED. GENERALLY. THEY'RE ALSO PROPOSING A SMALL PUT IN GREEN AS WELL. UM, THIS AREA, OR EXCUSE ME, THE NEW STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THEIR EXISTING PRACTICE FIELD. AND THAT PRACTICE FIELD IS PROPOSED TO, TO REMAIN AS IS GENERALLY THE, THE OTHER ITEM, UM, THAT'S A FAIRLY SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT TO THE CAMPUS IS, UH, THEY ARE PROPOSING A NEW ACCESS POINT ON SPRING VALLEY ROAD AND THAT WILL, UM, CONNECT AND PROVIDE, UH, EMERGENCY ACCESS ONLY ALL THE WAY FROM SPRING VALLEY TO HORNET. UH, THE OTHER THING I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION IS THAT THIS, UH, PERFORMANCE CENTER IS NOT INTENDED TO INCREASE STUDENT CAPACITY. IT'S INTENDED TO BE USED BY THE EXISTING, UM, STUDENT POPULATION.
