1. Call Meeting to Order and Announce that a Quorum is Present.

a. Presentation to outgoing City Council Members.

4. Items for Individual Consideration.

a. Administer the Oath of Office to three (3) Council Members following the originally scheduled May 4, 2024 election date in accordance with State law and Ordinance No. O24-05 which declared the Council Members unopposed and therefore elected.

b. Present Certificates of Election to the three (3) Council Members following the originally scheduled May 4, 2024 General Election date.

c. Present, discuss, and consider action on nominations and appointment of the Mayor Pro-Tempore and Deputy Mayor Pro-Tempore.

a. Administer the Oath of Office to three (3) Council Members following the originally scheduled May 4, 2024 election date in accordance with State law and Ordinance No. O24-05 which declared the Council Members unopposed and therefore elected.

b. Present Certificates of Election to the three (3) Council Members following the originally scheduled May 4, 2024 General Election date.
