STAFF SENT OUT PUBLIC NOTICES TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF THE SITE, UH, INCLUDING 17 RECIPIENTS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY.
THE APPLICANT DID, UH, CONDUCT A MEETING WITH THE ADJACENT ASBURY CIRCLE TOWNHOME HOA, UH, DUE TO ITS PROXIMITY.
ONE OF THE CONCERNS VOICED BY THE HOA WAS THE, UH, TRAFFIC FLOW PRIMARILY IN AND OUT OF THE SITE, UM, ON THE EAST SIDE AS SOMETIMES, UM, UM, VARIOUS CUSTOMERS COULD GET CONFUSED AS TO WHICH, UM, WHICH LANE TO TAKE AND END UP IN THE, THE TOWNHOME NEIGHBORHOOD.
TO AVOID THAT, UH, THERE WAS A DISCUSSION THAT DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE BE PROVIDED ON SITE TO HELP ALERT MOTORISTS AS TO WHICH WAY TO, UM, NAVIGATE THE SITE.
