UH, THAT WAS APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY BY COUNCIL AT THAT SPECIAL MEETING. UH, THAT MEETING WAS CALLED, UH, JUST CUZ FIREHAWK HAD SOME UNIQUE TIMING CONSIDERATIONS FOR THEIR ENTITLEMENT THAT, UH, THEY SOUGHT, UH, TOWN ASSISTANCE WITH, AND WE WERE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. SO, UH, PROBABLY SAW THE ANNOUNCEMENT THEY ARE GETTING READY TO MOVE INTO THEIR SPACE AND DO SOME IMPROVEMENTS AND, AND GET TO WORK ON, UH, THOSE HYBRID ROCKETS. AND THEN, UH, YEAH, LAST EVENING, UH, WE DID HAVE ONE CASE, UH, AS WELL MOVE FORWARD. THAT WAS THE, UH, SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR PUTT SHACK AT THE VILLAGE ON THE PARKWAY THAT WAS ALSO APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, UH, BY THE CITY COUNCIL, UH, BY A VOTE OF SEVEN ZERO. UM, AT LAST NIGHT'S MEETING, WE ALSO HAD A, UM, COUPLE WORK SESSION ITEMS, UH, RELATED TO, UH, HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT. THE FIRST ONE WAS A, AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT, UM, ON, UH, THE TOWN'S, UH, APPROACH TO HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT POLICY. SO WE HAD A SERIES OF SPEAKERS ADDRESS THE COUNCIL, IF YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY, IF YOU HAVE NOT REVIEWED THAT, I THINK THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR, UH, Y'ALL'S COMMISSIONERS TO REVIEW. THAT WAS A, UM, PROPOSED, UH, OFFICE AND RETAIL BUILDING, A TWO-STORY OFFICE, RETAIL BUILDING, UM, AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS WITH SOME, SOME LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS AND PARKING IMPROVEMENTS, UM, AS WELL AS SOME OTHER, UH, IMPROVEMENTS OUTSIDE OF BLOCK 900. SO THE RETAIL TENANTS, THEY ARE GOING TO SHARE SPACE, UH, IN THE WHOLE FOODS AREA BY SNOOZE, BY KENNY'S, UM, AND THE OFFICE TENANTS, UH, THEY WILL MORE LOGICALLY PARK TO THE EAST, BUT THIS IS MIXED USE.
