UH, THE SITE IN QUESTION IS THE, UH, FORMER, UH, 20 HOUR FITNESS LOCATION AT THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT, UH, OF VILLAGE ON THE PARKWAY IMMEDIATELY TO THE NORTH OF THE PARKING STRUCTURE IN THAT.
SO, SO WITH THIS REQUEST, UH, THE APPLICANTS CUT SHACK IS, UH, REQUESTING AN SEP, UH, FOR INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT, UH, SPECIFICALLY, UH, MINIATURE GOLF, AND THEN ALSO, UH, TO ESTABLISH A RESTAURANT AND TO SELL, UH, ALCOHOL FOR ON-PREMISES CONSUMPTION.

AND THEN, UH, IN 2020, THE COMMISSION, UM, UH, AND ULTIMATELY THE COUNCIL APPROVED A, UH, PD AMENDMENT TO ACCOUNT FOR A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A, UH, PROPOSED OFFICE AND RETAIL SPACE, BUT THEN ALSO TO AMEND THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS, UH, FOR THE ENTIRE CENTER TO ESTABLISH A MIXED USE PARKING RATIO.
UH, SO TONIGHT WE DO HAVE PUT SHACK, UM, A, UH, VERY MUCH TECH INFUSED, UM, UH, ENTERTAINMENT AND CULINARY CONCEPTS, UH, THAT, UH, IS, UH, VERY SIMILAR TO, UH, SOMETHING WE'RE, MOST OF US ARE FAMILIAR WITH TOP GOLF.

AND OF COURSE, ALCOHOL, UH, SALES IS PROPOSED.
IT'S OPERATING HOURS WILL BE CONSISTENT WITH MANY OF THE RESTAURANT ESTABLISHMENTS IN VILLAGE ON THE PARKWAY.

UH, SO WITH REGARDS TO OPEN SPACE AND LANDSCAPE, UM, THIS IS A, UH, VERY DEVELOPED SITE.
SO THERE'S NOT A LOT OF OPPORTUNITY WITH THAT EXISTING BUILDING AND EXISTING PARKING, UH, TO ADD, UH, SUBSTANTIAL LANDSCAPE.
AND IN FACT, UH, THIS, UH, PROPOSAL IS, UM, REQUESTING A MI MODIFICATION TO REDUCE LANDSCAPE.
