DISCUSS AND CONSIDERATION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY MANAGER AND APPROVAL OF THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT REGARDING THE SALE.BUT BEFORE WE MAKE DECISION, I WANNA THANK KAPO.
HE IS VERY BRAVE FOR THE PAST MANY MONTHS WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND THE FRIENDSHIP.
SO HE HAS DEMONSTRATED GREAT LEADERSHIP, THANK, AND BESIDES HE ALWAYS APPLIED IN THE FRIENDLY.
SO, UH, I REALLY WANNA APPRECIATE YOU, YOU KNOW.
UH, ANY COUNCIL MEMBER WANNA SAY ANYTHING? YEAH, I'M GOOD.
YOU'RE, UH, I THINK WE STILL NEED TO MAKE A, UH, OFFICIAL, UH, APPROVAL, RIGHT? EVEN THOUGH THERE'S A CONSIDER ACTION.

WE HAD A STRONG CANDIDATE POOL, AND, UH, WE ALL AGREED UNANIMOUSLY THAT, THAT DAVID, YOU, UH, BRING TO BEAR THE RIGHT FIT FOR OUR ORGANIZATION.
YOU HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT ENERGY, UH, AND WE'RE JUST PROFESSIONALISM, UH, WE'RE JUST THRILLED, UH, TO HAVE YOU AND I KNOW ALL OF US ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH YOU.

I WANNA THANK ALL THE CANDIDATES WHO STEPPED UP AND, UM, TOOK THE TIME.
UH, THEY MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT, THE CANDIDATES THAT WE WEED IT DOWN TO.
AND, UH, WE, UM, WE HAD A LOT OF THOUGHT, LOT OF GOOD THOUGHTS ABOUT THE, UH, ABOUT THE PROCESS.
AND, UH, IT WENT, UH, WELL THANKS TO THE HELP OF THE, UH, THE PEOPLE WHO WE CHOSE TO HELP LEAD US THROUGH THE PROCESS.
AND, UM, LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH TODAY.
I WANT SENSE OUR UNIVERSITY AND, UH, GIL SERVING ON THE, UH, SELECTION COMMITTEE.
SO OF COURSE WE READ A LITTLE MORE, SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME ON THAT THAN OTHER COUNCIL, BUT I REALLY DO.
BUT I DO APPRECIATE OTHER COUNCIL WITH YOUR SMART DECISION BECAUSE WE GONE TO 38 CANDIDATES AND THEN SCREEN OUT DOWN TO SIX, DOWN TO FOUR, DOWN TO THREE, DOWN TO ONE.
SO, ENTIRE PROCESS IS QUITE A LENGTHY AND, UH, SEPARATE YOU MOST, OTHER THAN EXPERIENCE

AND KNOWLEDGE.I THINK A PERSON NEED TO BE A HAPPY PERSON AND SHOW YOUR HAPPINESS AND A PLEASANT WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH THE PEOPLE.
SO, BECAUSE IT IS CONTAGIOUS, WE'RE LIVING THE SAME ORGANIZATION AND WE WORK TOGETHER AND I'LL, I WANNA MAKE SURE WHATEVER YOU DO, AND THEN YOU WILL PASS ALONG TO THE OTHER STAFF, MAKE, MAKE EVERYBODY HAPPY AT WORK.
YOU KNOW, ONE PERSON IS NOT HAPPY WILL PASS TO ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES IN MY RESTAURANT AS NO, NO, NO.
