NUMBER TWO, PRESENT AS SETTING CODE CHANGES TO THE DOCK SILVER LINE STATION AS APPROVED BY THE ART AND DESIGN COMMITTEE.

SO I WAS GETTING TODAY, WE'RE ONLY HAVING FIVE CITY COUNCIL, INCLUDING MYSELF BECAUSE OF THOSE PALMS, ROB AND ON NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT SO, BUT IT IS SO ALREADY.

SO YES, ABSOLUTELY.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL, ASHLEY METALS, DEPUTY CITY MANAGER JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON THE AESTHETICS AT THE DARK SILVERLIGHT STATION HERE IN ADDISON.

AND JUST AS A LITTLE BACKGROUND.

SO DARK COMMISSIONED EACH CITY, THE 10 STATIONS ALONG THE 26 MILES SILVER LINE CORRIDOR TO WORK WITH A TEAM OF ARCHITECTS, ARTISTS, ENGINEERS, AND NEIGHBORHOOD ADVISORY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO COME UP WITH CONCEPT PLANS FOR EACH STATION.

SO THERE'S THE STATIONS AT ALONG THE SILVER LINE WOULD KIND OF GO WITH THE AESTHETIC OF YOUR TOWN.

SO, UM, THAT WOULD INCLUDE THINGS LIKE ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS, PAVING COLUMN FIGHTING, SIDE ELEMENTS, LANDSCAPING, AND SITE-SPECIFIC SPECIFIC ARTWORK.

ADDISON HAD A BUDGET OF $140,000.

SO IN APRIL OF 2019, COUNCIL APPOINTED 14 MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THIS COMMITTEE.

AND THEY WORKED WITH THE ARCHITECT AT ERIC, GARY, SORRY.

UM, WE MET ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS.

UM, DID A LOT OF REVISIONS THAT SELECTED A THEME OF SOPHISTICATED FUND.

SO WE WANTED TO USE A TRADITIONAL AND EASY TO MAINTAIN MATERIALS, SUCH AS STONE BRONZE AND BRENT CHAMBERS.

WE WANTED IT TO BLEND IN WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS THAT WERE ALREADY IN AND OUT OF SOME CIRCLE.

UH, WE WOULD HAVE WINDSCREENS AND GRAVE WITH ARTISTS, DEPICTIONS OF SCULPTURES AROUND ADDISON IN HAND FENCING, ALONG THE RANTS AND THE ENTRANCES TO THE STATION THAT RESEMBLED FIREWORKS IN FIBER OPTIC LIGHTS THAT WOULD BE EMBEDDED INTO THE RAMP THAT WENT UP TO THE PLATFORM.

AND THESE ARE SOME RENDERINGS FROM DARK.

THEY KIND OF LET YOU KNOW WHAT THE INITIAL DESIGN WOULD LOOK LIKE.

SO YOU CAN SEE THE BRICKS THAT WE PICKED THAT WOULD ALWAYS BE ACTUALLY FUNDED THE TOWN.

THEY ARE THE SAME BOOKS THAT WE USE IN ADDISON CIRCLE.

UM, THE, A,

THE DEPICTION OF THE DIFFERENT, OUR WORK THAT WE HAVE, THESE ARE THE SCULPTURES THAT WERE PRIMITIVE TO BE ON THOSE SCREENS, THE AERIAL BALLET MONARCH, YOU CAN SEE THERE'S NINE, 12 DIFFERENT ONES, AND THEN YOU CAN SEE THE LIGHTING THAT WAS APPROVED.

SO WE HAD THE, A, IF YOU SAW THAT IN THE LAST ONE, AND THEN THERE WAS THE, UM, BLUE POLYCARBONATE THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIT AGAIN, THE FLAGSTONE, THE ADDISON BRICKS THAT WE DONATED SAMPLES OF THE MATERIAL WERE BROUGHT OUT.

THE COMMITTEE WAS ABLE TO LOOK AT THOSE NOTES, MAKE SURE THAT THE COLORS WERE MATCHING THE ADDISON COLOR BLUE.

AND THEN THIS IS A DEPICTION OF WHAT THE FIBER OPTICS WOULD LOOK LIKE IN THE RAMP LEADING UP TO THE PLATFORM.

UM, AS YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION, WE FOUND OUT THAT ALTHOUGH THE FIBER OPTICS WAS A GOOD IDEA AND IT WOULD LOOK BEAUTIFUL, WASN'T VERY EASY TO CONSTRUCT.

SO AS YOU'RE DOING THE RAMP AND YOU'RE GETTING INTO THE GRADE THAT IT NEEDS TO BE IN THE MATERIAL, IT NEEDED TO BE, IT WOULD COLLAPSE AROUND THOSE FIBER OPTICS.

SO WHEN WE CAME BACK, DARK IT BACK AND LET US KNOW ONE OF THE THINGS THAT THE COMMITTEE WANTED TO DO INITIALLY WITH LIGHT ALL 24 OF THE COLUMNS THAT ARE UNDER THE CANOPY, UNFORTUNATELY WE DIDN'T HAVE THE BUDGET TO DO THAT.

SO THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIT WAS THE NE SO THE ONE A IN EACH ONE OF THE COLUMNS OR EACH ONE THAT CAN BE.

SO WHEN THEY CAME BACK AND SAID, WE NEED TO REMOVE THE FIBER OPTIC LIGHTING THAT YOU SUGGESTED THAT WE ILLUMINATE NOT ONLY THE CAPITAL, A BUT ALL 24 COLUMNS AND THE BLUE STRIP INSIDE THE CAR.

AND THIS WAS INITIALLY ONE OF THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS.

THIS IS WHAT THEY WANTED, BUT WAS TAKEN OUT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY TO DO THE STATION ENTRY, SLUG, WALKWAY FINISHED WITH GOING TO BE UPDATED, TO INCLUDE THIS DIAMOND CUT PATTERN AND MATCH THE CONCRETE FINISH TO THE CENTER OF THE PLATFORM.

SO THIS GIVES YOU AN IDEA.

YOU CAN SEE THE, UH, THE BLUE STRIP IS LED IN THE EACH COLUMN, INCLUDING THE ONE WITH THE ANCILLARY.

SO THERE WILL BE, IT'S ACTUALLY LIGHTING UP THE STATION A LOT MORE, AND THEN GOING UP TO THE PLATFORM, IT WILL HAVE, UH, IT WILL THE EDGE WORK THAT WILL HAVE THE, WHAT DO THEY CALL IT, THE DIAMOND SHAPE.

SO IT WON'T BE JUST A PLAIN CONCRETE.

IT WILL LOOK GOOD, IT WILL MATCH THE PLATFORM.

UM, AND THIS JUST GIVES YOU ANOTHER LOOK AT IT.

AND THEN YOU CAN SAY, I LIKE THIS ONE BECAUSE IT SHOWS THE FENCING A LITTLE BIT BETTER WITH THE LITTLE FIREWORKS ON IT.

UM, SO THOSE ARE THE CHANGES WE ACTUALLY MET WITH THE COMMITTEE.

WE HAD A ZOOM MEETING WITH THE COMMITTEE.

UH, I BELIEVE WE HAD EIGHT OR NINE OF THE 14 WERE ON THAT COMMITTEE ARE ON THE SAME MEETING.

UM, THEY WERE FINE WITH, THEY LIKED THE RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE IT REALLY WANTED THAT WIDENING, UH, OBVIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE THE COOL LIGHTING IN THE RAMP, BUT THEY LIKED THE COLUMNS BEING LIT.

THEY LIKED HAVING THE EXTRA ELIMINATION BECAUSE THAT AREA, ESPECIALLY SO, UH, COUNCIL MEMBER BROWN GAVE A GREAT UPDATE AT THE TOWN MEETING LAST WEEK.

SO OUR STATION IS ACTUALLY MOVING FAIRLY QUICKLY.

SO THEY ARE WORKING ON THAT.

UM, WE ARE GETTING CLOSE, YOU CAN SEE THIS AS, UH, I ACTUALLY JUST GOT A CONSTRUCTION THAT DATE TODAY.

AND SO THEY'RE WORKING ON THAT PLATFORM, GETTING EVERYTHING DONE.

THEY'RE ALSO STARTING TO WORK ON ADDING SOME OF THE PEERS AND EVERYTHING FOR THE, UH, OVERHEAD ON THE MIDWAY CROSSING.

AND IT LOOKS LIKE WE'RE SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE INTO 2024, BEGINNING OF 2025.

SO WANTED TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON THAT, BECAUSE THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU SAW INITIALLY, BUT I THINK IT'S GOING TO BE, IT'S GOING TO STILL LOOK GREAT.

WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL STATION THAT REFLECTS WHAT WE HAVE HERE IN ADDISON.

AND, UH, UM, I REALIZED THAT THIS IS NOT TOWN PROPERTY, BUT IT'S A BIG, HUGE PART OF THE HUGE PART OF THE TOWN IS THE MAYOR MENTIONED.

IT'S MAYBE THE, PROBABLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE'VE GOT GOING ON RIGHT NOW.

SO MY QUESTION IS WE HAVE, WE KIND OF COMMUNICATED A LITTLE BIT WITH DARREN ABOUT MAYBE, UH, OPTICAL CAMERAS OR SECURITY SUMS OF WHAT THEY MIGHT, MIGHT BE DOING TO HELP, UH, KEEP THIS, MINIMIZE THE MANDOLIN THAT ACTUALLY CAME UP WHEN WE DID THE ZONING CASE, UM, WHERE THERE WAS A RECOMMENDATION THAT WE WANTED THEM.

I BELIEVE THAT HAVE A CAMERA.

THIS IS JUST A BRIEF UPDATE RELATIVE TO A TOPIC THAT WAS BROUGHT UP FIRST AT THE BUDGET WORK SESSION ON AUGUST FOUR, YOU MAY RECALL THAT THE COUNCIL, UH, MY PROJECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022, UH, I PUT IN A RECOMMENDED AND THE COUNCIL ADOPTED, UH, A POOL OF, UH, EQUALS ABOUT 4% OF OUR COMPENSATION TO, UH, TO TAKE CARE OF EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, HOW WE WERE GOING TO DO WITH, TO BE DETERMINED, WHAT WE WERE GOING TO DO, WHY IT NEEDED TO BE DETERMINED TO BE DETERMINED WAS BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO GO AND DO A SURVEY OF OUR COMPARATIVE CITIES TO SEE WHAT THEY WERE PLANNING ON DOING BOTH AMERICAN MERIT, EXCUSE ME, AND, UH, MARKET ADJUSTMENTS SO THAT, UH, WE, UH, KNEW INSTEAD OF CHASING THE MARKET, FOR EXAMPLE, WE KNEW MORE,

UM, AND, UH, AND SO LOOKING, AND, AND THEN THE IN THEN THERE WAS A RANGE WITH THE MARKET, UH, EXCUSE ME, THE MERIT INCREASE.

AND SO WHAT WE WERE ABLE TO DO WITH THE 4% RULE THAT THE COUNCIL APPROVED, WE WERE ABLE TO, UH, IMPLEMENT, UM, THE 1.17% FOR THE MARKET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE GENERAL EMPLOYEE POPULATION.

AND THE 1.3, I THINK IT WAS 1.3, 3% FOR THE, UH, PUBLIC SAFETY, UH, POPULATION.

AND THEN WE WERE ABLE TO ALSO, UH, UH, UH, HAVE A POOL FOR MERIT INCREASES THAT IT WAS EQUAL TO 3%.

UH, SO THE COMBINATION OF THOSE, IF YOU ADD THAT ALL UP, THAT'S FOUR, FOUR AND A QUARTER PERCENT, HOWEVER, THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THAT THE COUNCIL APPROVED 4% BECAUSE OF, UH, RETIREMENTS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE, WE WERE ABLE TO DO THE FOUR AND A QUARTER FOR THE SAME DOLLAR OR A QUARTER PERCENT FOR THE SAME DOLLAR NOW.

SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNEW, BECAUSE I'D SAID WE'D COME BACK AND EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT WE LEARNED, WHAT WE DID AND HOW WE ARE, UH, MOVING FORWARD.

SOME PEOPLE MAY GET A LITTLE BIT MORE THAT, BUT, UH, IN SOMEBODY GET LESS, BUT THE AVERAGE IS 3% HAVING ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS.

YEAH, I'VE GOT A COMMENT I'M RELIEVED THAT THAT'S NOT 5% OR 4% OR 6% BEHIND.

UM, SO THAT'S A PLEASANT SURPRISE.

UM, SO IN MARCH OF 2019, UH, THE TOWN, UH, INITIALLY, UH, ADOPTED, UH, SHORT TERM RENTAL GRID REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS, AND ALSO USE, UH, SPECIFIC STANDARDS, UH, FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS, UH, FOR SINGLE FAMILY PROPERTIES, UH, AT THAT TIME, UH, THE TOWN ADOPTED A SUNSET PROVISION FOR THOSE REGULATIONS.

SO, UH, BASICALLY THE INTENT OF THAT SUNSET WAS FOR THE TOWN TO EVALUATE, UH, THAT ORDINANCE ANNUALLY.

UM, AND SO THAT EVALUATION PROCESS OCCURRED IN MARCH OF 2020, UH, AND THE, UH, CITY COUNCIL ULTIMATELY CHOSE TO EXTEND IT FOR ANOTHER YEAR, WHICH WOULD PUT IT OUT TO AN EXPIRATION DATE OF APRIL, 2021.

THAT WAS THE TIME OF, UH, STAFF TRANSITION IN MY DEPARTMENT.

SO, UH, WITH THIS ORDINANCE, THE TOWN, UH, ESTABLISHED A DEFINITION FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS AND THAT'S THE RENTAL OF ANY RESIDENCE OR RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE OR PORTION OF A RESIDENCE OR RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FOR A PERIOD OF LESS THAN 30 DAYS.

THIS IS THE VERY STANDARD DEFINITION.

AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, THIS IS A, UH, A TOPIC THAT HAS BECOME A REGULATORY ISSUE FOR, FOR MANY CITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY AND IN OUR REGION.

SO THIS IS A FAIRLY TYPICAL DEFINITION THAT THE TOWN HAS APPLIED, THAT DOESN'T APPLY TO, UH, NON-RESIDENTIAL UNITS OR HOTELS OR BED AND BREAKFAST.

UM, AND WITH THIS REGULATION, UH, IT REALLY, THE KEY THING WAS TO ALLOW FOR IT TO OCCUR, BUT TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS AND REQUIRE PEOPLE TO REGISTER WHEN IT DOES OCCUR IN SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT.

UM, SO THE PROVENIENCE, UM, IT ALLOWS FOR, UH, THE TOWN, UH, FOR, UH, UNITS THAT ARE REGISTERED TO, UH, INSPECT THE PROPERTY TO ENSURE AND REQUIRE COMPLIANCE, UH, WITH CODE PROVISIONS.

UM, IT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR SIGNAGE ADVERTISING, UH, THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL, AND THEN, UH, IT DOES HAVE OCCUPANCY.

SO, UH, THOSE ARE NO MORE THAN TWO ADULTS PER BEDROOM, PLUS TWO ADDITIONAL ADULTS, SO THAT A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE IN THE UNIT, UH, IT ALSO, UH, HAS PARKING REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS NOT OVERFLOW IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY OR BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK.

UH, SO IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ORDER FOR THE VEHICLES THAT, UH, SHORT-TERM RENTALS DO GENERATE, UM, IT, UH, AND THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COMPONENT OF THE REGULATIONS.

UH, IT'S REQUIRES THE REGISTERING.

THAT MUST BE THEIR PRIMARY RESIDENCE.

SO THE, PROBABLY THE BIGGEST ISSUE YOU SEE, COME UP WITH SHORT-TERM RENTALS.

UH, THERE WAS, UH, AN ISSUE IN PLANO MOST NOTABLY WHERE, UH, SOMETIMES THEY'RE USED AS PARTY HOUSES, SOMEONE MAY PURCHASE A PROPERTY AND NOT LIVE THERE AND RENT IT OUT, UH, FOR EVENTS.

SO IT REQUIRING A REGISTERED FOR THAT TO BE THEIR PRIMARY RESIDENCE, UH, ESTABLISHES A BIT MORE ACCOUNTABILITY.

AND THAT GETS YOU OUT OF THE ABSOLUTE T UH, REGISTERED, UH, POSITION.

UM, IT DOES, UM, ALSO HAVE A REGISTRATION FEE OF $115 THAT WAS INITIALLY A BIT LOWER WHEN YOU FIRST ADOPTED THE PROGRAM.

AND THEN WITH THE MOST RECENT,

UH, RE ADOPTION, UH, THAT HAVE BUMPED UP TO $115.

AND THEN OF COURSE, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PROPERTY, WHETHER IT BE A SHORT-TERM RENTAL OR PERMANENT RESIDENCE, ALL THE TOWNS AND NUISANCE REGULATIONS WOULD STILL APPLY.

SO, UH, OVER THE TWO YEARS THAT, UH, THIS, UH, PROGRAM AND THESE ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS EXISTED, UH, WE REALLY ONLY HAD SIX, UH, RED REGISTERED, AND WE CURRENTLY ONLY HAVE ONE ACTIVE REGISTERING THAT I CAME IN JUST BEFORE THE PROGRAM EXPIRED.

IT TRIGGERED ME TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE PROGRAM EXPIRED, UM, WITH THAT AS WELL, UH, WITH TOWN, IT HAVE HAD A HANDFUL OF, OF CODE ISSUES, UH, THROUGHOUT THAT TWO YEAR PERIOD, NOT A SIGNIFICANT CODE ISSUE, BUT THERE WERE VARIOUS ITEMS THAT, UM, MY STAFF DID HAVE TO ADDRESS DURING THAT PERIOD AS IT RELATES TO, UH, ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ORNAMENTS.

SO ONE OF THE THINGS THAT REALLY DRIVE HOW CITIES ESTABLISH AND IN OUR CASE REESTABLISH THESE REGULATIONS IS, IS IT'S REALLY AN UNSETTLED, UH, LEGAL ISSUE.

UM, THERE HAS BEEN A, UM, A LOT OF DIALOGUE AT THE STATE LEVEL WITH REGARDS TO LEGISLATION.

SO I'M VERY PRO SHORT-TERM AND SONG AGAINST, UH, THERE REALLY WAS NOT ANYTHING THAT GAIN TRACTION WITH OUR STATE LEGISLATURE.

SO IT'S NOT REALLY BEING ADDRESSED AT THE STATE LEVEL.

SO WITH THAT, WHERE IT'S BEING ADDRESSED IS THROUGH MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS.

AND SO, UM, SEVERAL CITIES, A COUPLE WITHIN OUR REGION THAT I WOULD HIGHLIGHT HAD GOTTEN OUT AHEAD ON THIS ISSUE.

MOST NOTABLY, THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, UH, THEY TOOK A VERY AGGRESSIVE APPROACH SEVERAL YEARS AGO, AND THEY'VE BANNED, UH, SHORT-TERM RENTALS CITYWIDE.

UM, THAT CASE IS NOT RESOLVED, UH, IN THE COURTS, BUT THUS FAR, THE COURTS HAVE NOT TAKEN A FAVORABLE POSITION.

IT'S A GRAPEVINES, UH, CITYWIDE BAN WHERE THERE'S BEEN, UH, A LITTLE MORE, UH, FAVORABLE CONSIDERATION TOWARDS STUDY POSITIONS, UH, LIES WITH THE CITY OF ARLINGTON ARLINGTON, UM, UH, HAD A VERY DETAILED, UH, REGULATION WHERE THEY PRIMARILY LIMITED SHORT-TERM RENTALS TO THEIR, UM, ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT.

SO THINK ABOUT AROUND THE FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, STADIUMS, AND TEXAS LIVES.

SO THE NEIGHBORHOODS, UM, NEAR, UH, THOSE FEATURES, WHICH OBVIOUSLY ARE, ARE THE MOST PROMINENT AND PROBABLY THE MOST POPULAR AREAS FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS, UH, THUS FAR, UH, THE TRIAL COURT HAS DENIED, UM, THE, UH, PLAINTIFFS SOME PROPERTY AND UNDER SEE THE CITY, THEIR REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION AGAINST THAT REGULATION.

SO IT APPEARS THAT THUS FAR, UM, THAT'S MORE, UM, LIMITED SURGICAL APPROACH TO REGULATING, WHICH I WOULD SAY OUR REGULATION ALSO FALLS WITHIN THAT IS REASONABLE, IS BEING VIEWED FAVORABLY BY THE COURTS.

BUT ONCE AGAIN, THAT THEY REMAIN ON RESOLVE, BUT IN ARLINGTON, THE ORDINANCE IS, IS BEING APPLIED.

SO, UH, AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, UM, THIS REQUEST IS TO REINSTATE THE REGULATIONS AND TO ELIMINATE THE SUNSETS, UH, WITH THAT BEING SAID, THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE SHOULDN'T CONTINUE TO TRY TO IMPROVE THESE REGULATIONS.

UH, AND WE ALSO NEED TO STAY ABREAST OF THE ONGOING LITIGATION THAT OUR NEIGHBORING CITIES ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE.

AND, UH, IF NEEDED, BASED ON OUR AMPLIFICATION NEEDS AND THE PORTION OF NEEDS, AS WELL AS THAT LITIGATION, UM, UH, I'LL COME BACK TO YOU THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2022, UH, WITH AN UPDATE AND ANY TWEAKS ARE NEEDED TO THE ORDINANCE.

WE WOULD MAKE THOSE SUGGESTIONS AT THAT TIME.

CAN YOU HAD MENTIONED THAT THERE WERE CHALLENGES? CAN YOU SPEAK TO THAT A LITTLE BIT? WHAT ARE THOSE CHALLENGES, I GUESS, THIS PARTICULAR ALONG THE LINES OF THESE DISAPPOINTMENTS THAT THESE PROVISIONS, OR WAS IT SOMETHING ELSE THAT BROUGHT THEM TO YOUR, I THINK THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE STATS HAD, AND THEY EVEN EMPLOY THE SERVICE TO ASSIST WITH THIS.

THERE'S A VARIETY OF SERVICES THAT DO THE RESEARCH AND PROVIDE THAT RESEARCH TO STUDIES, TO IDENTIFY THOSE PEOPLE THAT ARE OPERATING A DWELLING UNITS AS SHORT-TERM RENTALS IN THE COMMUNITY.

BUT, UM, EVEN WITH THAT SERVICE, IT WAS CHALLENGING TO TRACK PEOPLE DOWN AND, UH, IF THEY WERE, UM, UTILIZE IN THEIR UNITS, SHORT-TERM RENTALS TO ACTUALLY GET IN CONTACT AND ENFORCE THOSE PROVISIONS.

SO IT OCCURS TO ME THAT YOU SAID A NUMBER OF THESE.

WERE YOU TALKED ABOUT LIKE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX? YES.

MY GUESS IS AT MOST SIX APARTMENT COMPLEX SENTENCES IS THAT FAIR UNDERSTANDING, OFFER OPINION.
