UH, SO THE COUNCIL AT THE LAST COUNCIL MEETING APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR THAT, UH, THAT, THAT, THAT, UH, THE, THE RENOVATIONS AT THE ATHLETIC CLUB NEXT AT THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING, THE COUNCIL CAN CONSIDERED FOR POINT TO CONSIDER A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF THAT PROJECT.

SO ONCE THAT CONSTRUCT, THAT THAT CONTRACT IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BEGIN TO GIVE THE NOTICE TO PROCEED, UH, TO THE CONTRACTOR.

UH, ONCE THEY HAVE THE NOTICE FOR SPEED, IT'S ESTIMATED THAT COULD BE 195 DAYS THOUGH, JUST OVER SIX MONTHS, UH, MAY JUNE TIMEFRAME OF NEXT YEAR IS WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT.

HOPEFULLY THE GOAL IS TO KEEP THE CLUB OPEN WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON.

THERE'S LOCKER ROOMS, WON'T BE AVAILABLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME, BUT WE ARE GOING TO TRY TO KEEP THE FITNESS WEANING AND OTHER THINGS OPEN WHILE EVERYTHING IS TAKING PLACE.
